REFUND POLICY
All requests for refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the final decision will be made at the management’s discretion. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
DELIVERY POLICIES
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, all delivered orders placed through this Website should be delivered within a time frame of 90 minutes. Most of the time, and for as long as no uncontrollable and unforeseeable situation arises, orders should be delivered within a time frame of 45 to 60 minutes.
In the even that you are not present at the location specified to receive your order at the time of delivery, your order will incur full charge of the total value of the order and no refund will be given.
Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine may charge you with delivery charges depending on your delivery location.
Our website tuktukdubai.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
